Since SIMPLY LA tickets went on sale, we've received quite a few questions about the changes to this year's conference, how to choose the track that's right for you, and more! So we thought it might be helpful to answer a few of the top questions we've been receiving so you have all the information you need!

Q: I'm so excited for this year's SIMPLY LA but don't know which ticket to get. Can you help?
A: Of course! If you want to watch the keynote, panels, and breakout sessions, you have two options: the Influencer Track and the Digital Marketing Track. Each track is perfectly curated to your interests, and will feature panel discussions and breakout sessions suited to those interests.
You can view the schedule of topics here and take our quiz to determine which track is right for you! Both of those tickets include access to the keynote speaker, panels + breakouts for your track, breakfast, lunch, access to the brand experience, and a fabulous SIMPLY gift bag, of course!
Just want to shop, network, and mingle with brands and influencers? The Brand Experience Ticket is a great option for you.
Q: I signed up for the Influencer Track, but there's a panel on the Digital Marketing Track that I really want to see. Can I watch that panel too?
A: While previous conferences allowed you to switch between the 2 different rooms of panels and breakouts throughout the day, this time around you will only be able to watch panels and breakout sessions for your track.
So if you're signed up for the Influencer Track, you'll only be able to listen to the panels and breakout sessions listed for that track.
Q: I didn't realize that the Brand Experience ticket didn't include the panels. Can I upgrade my ticket?
A: Of course! Shoot an email to info@simply-inc.com explaining your situation and we'll be able to help you upgrade your ticket!
Remember, the Brand Experience ticket does not include keynote, panel, or breakout session access, and you won't receive a gift bag, breakfast, or lunch.
Q: Where should I stay if I'm traveling in for the conference?
A: SIMPLY LA will be taking place in Downtown Los Angeles, so we recommend booking a hotel nearby! Some of our favorite DTLA hotels include Ace Hotel, The Standard, and Hotel Figueroa.
Q: My plans changed—can I get a refund?
A: Unfortunately we cannot refund your ticket at any time. However, if your plans change and you aren't able to attend SIMPLY LA, you can transfer your ticket to a friend!
Q: What should I wear to SIMPLY LA?
A: Ooh, our favorite question! We definitely recommend planning out a chic #ootd for the occasion, as there will be dozens of Instagrammable opportunities and major photo moments.
Cute but comfortable shoes are a must as there is so much to explore at the conference, and it will be August

Q: Will parking be available at the event?
A: Yes! Our venue has a large parking garage and will provide validations for our Influencer and Digital Marketing Track ticket holders.
Q: Will there be food at the event?
A: Yes! We will be providing breakfast and lunch to our Influencer Track and Digital Marketing Track ticket holders. There will also be snacks and beverages throughout the Brand Experience to keep you fueled throughout the day!
Q: What should I bring with me to SIMPLY LA?
A: We recommend bringing your phone, a portable charger, business cards, and an ID if you are over 21.
