In case you didn't already know: We absolutely love New York, which is why we are so excited for the Simply Stylist 'Do What You Love' NYC Fashion and Beauty Conference this Sunday, October 25! Participants will be arriving from cities near and far to hang with us at W New York and take in all the inspiration, motivation and good vibes this action-packed day has to offer. We have an incredible lineup of speakers in attendance, and if you couldn't tell, we can't stop talking (or writing) about them! June Ambrose has been in the business for more than 20 years! Over the course of her career, she has styled countless celebrities, including Jay Z, Will Smith, Alicia Keys, Mariah Carey, Zoe Saldana, and Kerry Washington to name a few, and has had multiple collections at HSN, wrote a book titled Effortless Style, and has her very own makeover show, Save My Style, airing this fall and TLC! Basically, June is the definition of a Boss Babe.

What are 3 tips you’ve learned about being a successful entrepreneur? Have Vision, Keep them Guessing, and Diplomacy

How do you maintain balance in your life with a styling career, designing and a family? I pace myself and I put myself first! If I am not whole I can't take care of everyone else. I also block out time that is dedicated to the things I love and my family comes first!

What’s your mantra? Never mess with a woman who knows there's magic inside of her!
