Annie's entrepreneurial roots run deep, coming from a long generation of strong and inspiring women. After working the beauty counter at a department store in Arizona, Annie made the jump to New York working her way up as a top marketing and sales executive at Estee Lauder for 20+ years. After making a lifestyle choice to move back to her native Santa Barbara — the perfect location to settle into a more rural life, Annie's deep desire to create struck again and Katherine Cosmetics was born. Annie brings over twenty years of beauty industry experience to the panel.
