This week's blogger of the week is wife, mother, editor, author, and reality TV star, Lydia McLaughlin! She didn’t just get her foot in the door with one dimension of the industry; instead, she dabbled in several areas as the editor for "Beverly Hills Lifestyle Magazine," author of "Beyond Orange County," and a cast member of Bravo's sixth season of "The Real Housewives of Orange County!" When she isn’t busy with one of her many business ventures, you can probably find her on updating her lifestyle and fashion blog, ocLydia, or posting one of her many social media accounts! She is currently taking over our Instagram, so be sure to check it out and read on to find out what Lydia’s 5 must-have items are!

Kerastase Deep Conditioning Masque: I get a lot of compliments on my hair. It is long and thick, which has a lot to do with my genes. It is also healthy, which I think has a lot to do with my deep conditioning treatments I do at home every week or so. I have been using Kerastase since I was in high school. I stated hi-lighting my hair, using hot tools, and blow-drying. I started feeling my hair getting dry and unhealthy, until I found this product. It has protected my hair, and made it happy and shiny ever since!

Flared Jeans: I love a good pair of flare jeans and these are not only my new favorite, but they are on major sale. #score We are going to see more and more people wearing this cut, which is super flattering to every body type.  Rag and Bone always kills it with denim and these pants are no different. They knocked it out of the park straight into the seventies with these bad boys.

Pam and Gela Twisted Knit Dress: Pam and Gela are the fab designers behind the Juicy Jumpsuits from back in the day…(I know you all had a pair, don’t lie!) They have a new line that is a little more rock and roll, and everything I’ve ever gotten from them is super comfy, which is really important to me. This dress is everything! The fabric is super soft, I wore it traveling all day, but it also can be paired with heels and worn out for a date night (which I also have done). The ruching on the dress makes it so flattering, I simply live in mine.

Fringe Booties: Fringe is everywhere, and it is here to stay. These booties are the perfect pop of fringe and the gray color is a wonderful neutral piece. These are also the perfect transition shoe into fall. I am wearing them now with dresses, but I am so excited to wear them paired with a sweater and a skinny jean. The heel isn’t too high so I wear mine running around all day. They have quickly become my must have bootie.

Ray Ban Aviators: Classic, mirrored rose gold… whatever shade goes best with your mood, these sunglasses are always the perfect accessories with every outfit. AND, they are so lightweight and comfortable, you forget you are wearing them! I have bought many pairs of sunglasses, but these are always my go-to favorite.
