  It's Friday which means we're sitting down with a local fashion blogger to see what items they just can't live without. This week we sat down with Anna James of Fash Boulevard to see what her top 5 fashion must haves are this season. Not only does this tote double as a fabulous handbag, but it can also easily fit my laptop, iPad, and a few other key pieces. Because my family lives on the east coast and I'm constantly traveling, I've found the handbag/tote combo to be extra convenient."

2. Giuliana Rancic for Loft Statement Necklace - $69. 50 BUY HERE "I'm totally obsessed with this glitzy link necklace designed by Giuliana Rancic. Then again, I may be slightly partial to the piece because I had the honor of meeting Giuliana at the launch party for the amazing collection. 25% of the purchase price goes directly to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation, which only makes this fall piece even more fabulous."

3. J.Crew Leopard Print Skinny Belt - $65.00 BUY HERE "Leopard is always a huge print for fall and I love using accessories like this skinny belt to incorporate the trend into my wardrobe. This J.Crew must have is easy to throw on and can add a dash of fash to a simple dress or skinny jeans in seconds."

LC Lauren Conrad Ballet Flats - $39.45 BUY HERE "Since I've been lucky enough to work with Lauren Conrad and Kohl's for the past year, I've grown quite obsessed with Lauren's LC Lauren Conrad collection. During fashion week these super comfy flats offered my feet a much needed break from all the sky high stilettos, confirming their must have status in my winter wardrobe. "

Dorothy Perkins Pretty Party Dress - $89.00 BUY HERE "With the holiday season just around the corner it's ultra important to stock your wardrobe with fabulous party dresses for the slew of upcoming events. This petite jacquard dress is one of my favorites for fall, and looks amazing with black tights and platform pumps."
